Using a client-centered, evidence-based approach, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. My Fun Side
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me out fishing, enjoying the peace and serenity of the water. It’s one of my favorite ways to recharge and connect with nature. I also love spending time with my grandkids, who bring so much joy and laughter into my life. Family means everything to me, and I cherish the moments I share with my husband, children, and extended family. Whether we’re gathering for a meal, going on little adventures, or simply enjoying each other’s company, these are the moments that truly matter. I believe in the importance of balance, and time with my loved ones keeps me grounded and fulfilled.
