Meet Tiffeny.
“A great future doesn’t require a great past”
Tiffeny Irvin, MA, LCDC
I am here to provide a safe and sacred space where you can openly share experiences of substance abuse connected to trauma, anxiety, PTSD, anddepression. Together, we can identify effective coping strategies to support your mental and emotional well-being, allowing you to move toward a healthy and fulfilling life.
I am a passionate and dedicated substance abuse counselor with over 18 years of experience in counseling, specializing in supporting teenagers and young adults in mental wellness and substance abuse recovery. With dual licensure in chemical dependency counseling and school counseling, I take a holistic approach to helping individuals navigate challenges related to addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
My experience as a mental health counselor in the public-school settings has given me firsthand insight into the emotional weight of being the one expected to have all the answers, solve problems, absorb pain, and remain strong for others, even while carrying unseen burdens of your own. I understand the toll this can take, and I am committed to providing a space where you no longer have to carry everything alone. Together, we will identify effective coping strategies, healing practices, and tools for resilience. My approach is rooted in compassion, trust, and presence as I walk alongside you, honoring your journey and supporting your growth toward healing and renewed purpose.
My Fun Side
Self-care is important to me because it helps me stay balanced and grounded. When I’m not working, I love traveling with my kids and relaxing on the beach. Spending quality time with family and friends fills my cup, and I especially enjoy slowing down and having meaningful conversations with my children at the end of our day.
