South Carolina Telehealth Registration Listing

Attention Veterans: Get your sessions paid in full by the Dayton VA Medical Center or your local Ohio VA facility or Texas VA facility Request help from community care services from your primary care team or your mental health provider at the VA facility. Affordable payment plans through Medicaid or sliding scale.

If you are not able to obtain a referral, a sliding scale will be used for Veterans or referrals will be made to FREE services available. We accept referrals from VA hospitals Vet Centers and Clinics on an ongoing basis.

Jeralyn R Tharp, M.Ed LPCC-S LICDC, is a credentialed provider in the Community Care Program. Her independently-licensed therapists are also credentialed to provide gambling and substance abuse treatment.
